Once an order is submitted, our warehouse staff in most cases starts to process the order immediately which means we cannot accommodate any changes.

If you have placed an order that needs to be cancelled, send us an email to BGshop@bikegeneration-me.com  or give us a call on +961 01 398 442/ +961 76 316 562 with your order number received upon ordering.

We will do what we can to accommodate your request and reply accordingly.

With our home delivery service, order purchased will be dispatched to a participating local carrier company which will deliver your order to your door in 3 days for Beirut area and in 5 Days for outside Beirut regions.   

We want you to be confident when purchasing through our webstore. See below for our return policy for equipment and bikes. For questions about warranty, please refer to our warranty section.

Equipment:

Specialized offers a one-time 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Specialized-branded equipment purchased from our online webstore. Specialized-branded equipment includes apparel, components, and gear. 

This means Specialized-branded equipment purchased in our webstore can be returned to us one time for any reason and in any condition within 30 days of receipt of the order and one-time exchanged for a different size and/or color of the same item, it can be accommodated subject to availability and provided the desired item in the same price as the original item. 

Bikes:

If you purchased a bike through our Pick Up In-Store or Home Delivery Program, you have 15 days from receipt to return it in new/unused condition. To initiate an exchange for a different size or color, if available, please contact our Customer Service Department at +961 1 398 442 or BGshop@bikegeneration-me.com. Our Customer Service Team will let you know the details on how to return and exchange your bike. In all events, the bike needs to be in new/unused condition and must include all components and accessories you originally received when purchased.

At Bike Generation, our first guiding principle is that “The Rider is the Boss.” Our priority is to serve our riders with the most innovative cycling products in the world, and to stand behind the products that we sell. For this reason, we’re pleased to offer one of the industry’s most generous and rider-friendly warranty policies. It’s simple, too:

  • We offer a 2 year warranty to the original owner against structural defects in material or workmanship on ALL models of Specialized-branded frames and forks. This includes seatstays and chainstays on full-suspension bikes.
  • Other Specialized-branded products (as well as frame paint and graphics) are covered by a two-year warranty. Turbo batteries have a warranty for 2 years or 300 charge cycles—whichever comes first.
