Not all carbon wheelsets have to cost an arm and a leg. Using techniques learned while developing the Control SL 29’s, we’ve been able to produce a lightweight set of 29” XC wheels at a more attainable price point. The rims feature a zero bead-hook design that allows for continuous fiber layup across the sidewall and rim bed resulting in stronger impact resistance.
